Day 126, June 5

Ahh where to starttt? I guess with school. The highlight of my day...Summer Reading Lists. So I looked at the high school ones. They were GAY. no not gay, just plain old retarded and stupid. I'd much rather read the middle school "6th grade" books. Oh, and there is a controversy on one of the 8th grade books. American Born Chinese. Don't get me wrong, I love the book. I really liked it. It was funny and well...funny. lol. But definitely NOT something appropriate for a school reading list. One, it's a comic book. Two, it's about the asian stereotype made by an asian guy. Obviously, it's a good read for asians. lol. I just definitely don't see it in a school setting. If you haven't seen/heard of it...check it out =D Moving on...
Exams wise. Overall okay. For pretty much all of my classes, it really didn't even matter what I got on the test because My nine weeks grade wouldn't be affected, as long as I didn't fail. I got an A in harriman's. A C in history. which sucks cuz i thought i did at least a solid B on it. I got a 86 in English. which is totally ironic because I've failed that class. I took the math exam today. I think I did okay. Not as confident as I usually am in math though. I got a B on the chem exam. I got...a B in Biology and I took the spanish exam today too. It was quite weird. Spanish and Math are usually...the tests...that'd I'd be one of the first ones done. Today, I was like one of the last ones done on each exam. =\ Ah wells. I suppose I was having a slow day? Anyways, I stayed afterschool for a brief meeting for a potential international project. I'm not sure what I'm going to do for it yet.
After....went to Wendy's then picked up all my cousins and they hung out for the evening. In the midst of that, I went to the mall to pick up graduation gifts, ate, took a few pics <-- *gasp!*, showered, prepared for tomorrow, and now here I am! =]
